Finnish sauna - Bio Sanarium
Built from local spruce wood, our Finnish (parlor) sauna and bio-sanarium offer classic sauna pleasure.
Finnish sauna
- ~90° C air temperature
- 0 – 10 % humidity
- A sauna session lasts an average of 10 minutes and can be repeated 2 – 3 times.
- This increases the body temperature to approx. 40°C – fever temperature –
and in this way breaks down harmful substances in the body.
Bio-Sanarium
- 50° C air temperature
- 20-30 % humidity
- A stay in the sanarium lasts approx. 20 minutes and has a regulating (lowering) effect when used regularly, e.g. for high blood pressure.
Turkish steam bath - Aroma steam bath
Enjoy our steam bath made of fine stone and relax afterwards in our panoramic relaxation room.
Turkish steam bathTurkish steam bath / aroma bath:
- 42° C air temperature
- 100 % humidity
- The steam bath has a relaxing effect and regenerates the body (metabolism).
- The combination with health-promoting extracts via steam puffs – orange and coniferous forest scent – is good for the respiratory tract and skin.
- 1 – 3 x 15 minute sessions are effective.
Panorama relaxation zone:
Take a seat in our comfortable loungers and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view while listening to the relaxing sounds of nature. Fresh water is freely available. If you feel like it, you can throw yourself into the snow after the sauna in winter …
Infrared bath - Kneipp watering
Deep heat to relieve back pain and muscle tension, Kneipp watering to revitalize the circulation.
Infrared bathInfrared bath:
Deep heat at relatively low temperatures of only 36° C in the infrared bath provides relaxation not only for heat-sensitive people and lets you sweat profusely without exposing the body to great stress (heat/steam).
Kneipp Kneipp watering:
Founded by Sebastian Kneipp in the 19th century, Kneipp is the epitome of “health with water”. Cold and warm showers promote blood circulation and strengthen the immune system. We have 2 experience showers with water jets and massage jets, 1 foot Kneipp station and a Kneipp hose in the steam bath.
